[Resolved] Tikona — regarding my refund of rs 3394 | |
Respected sir, I amit kumar singh, on 21st of august i requested for a new subscription and for new connection i paid rs3394 but due to non feasibility of network in my area the connection could not be done. I tried calling customer care number but i didn't get proper status of request. As it was mentioned in my email that in case of our inability to install your connection due to speed or any other issue, the paid subscription amount will be completely refunded within 7-10 working days from the date of declaration of non-feasibility. It has been more than 20 days now, yet i have not received my refund back. My user id is [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected]. It is my request to you to take appropriate action in this regard. Please do needful to initiate my refund. Thanking you My previous request was unresolved..
