[Resolved] Tikona — scam no connection provided and full 3 month amount charged | |||
The tikona care officers have been rude and un helpful i was charged full 3 months amount and in the month of may when the connection was initiated and within 48 hours the connection was disconnected a the company did not have noc from the society to provide connections. After 1 month of help and multiple emails and phones the tikona officers were unable to obtain the noc and stopped taking my calls. Now after completion of 3 months of the payment i get a call from tikona team asking me to pay more money else i will be fined and the connection will be terminated. How amazing are this guys they don't solve the problem and provide the connection but call you to ask for more money complete scam and fraudsters. Also threaten you on calls that whatever you want to do go and do we are right and we will not give you any money back. Please avoid using this company and its service to save yourself from fraud.
