I had asked for discontinuation of Tikona services and I received an email acknowledging my request and informing me that they Tikona has stopped charging rentals for the service from 13/July/2019.
However, being a valuable customer Tikona provided me 10GB on my account which was non chargeble.
After disconnection I called customer care to refund my security charges as I was being informed by the Tikona executive at the time of installation that the security is refundable .
Everytime I call the Tikona customer care to initiate the security refund, executives make a vague reason for not refunding the amount.
Following are the reasons given to me.
1. Tikona provided 10GB after discontinuation of services . The charges for 10GB are balanced with the security(Although 10GB was given to me completely non chargeable. I have confirmation over email.)
2. If the executive false guided me, please provide phone number of executive Tikona will log a complaint against him.
I wish to further inform that I have called customer care to take back installation equipment to initiate my refund. But, till date no one has come to take back the equipment and the security is also not refunded.
Kindly look into the matter and initiate the refund of security ASAP.
