[Resolved] Tikona — Sending bills even after termination and account is not deleting | |||||
I stopped the Tikona Broad band connection in month of April-2017 by settling all the due amounts and i got confirmation regarding no due amount. After that stopping i never used the connection, but later that month they sending the bill and i asked them to terminate my account immediately but they not at all terminating my account, just they sending the bills every month. Now i getting the threatening emails regarding bill payment and legal notice, this is too much nonsense, a blackmail and day light robbery. I had sent so many emails regarding termination of the account permanently but they not doing it, even they not responding to my emails. They threatening me by emails stating that we put a fine for you and will send a legal notice. But I have all the emails regarding the no due and also threatened emails.
