[Resolved]  Tikona — service and network issue

From last 3 month i m facing network fluctuation issue to my internet if i raised complaint after 2 days they says issue is resolved but i m still facing the same issue when i said to i don't want to continue with tikona now they are not ready for it they ask for second chance, from last 3 months.
If the issue is not resolved from your side then what should i do now??
