[Resolved] Tikona — slow internet and frequent disconnection - complaint no 31 | |
I don;t have a record however i must have logged at least 30 complains in last 4 month after taking tikona broadband connection. Hence, i decided to suffix a number going forward to keep counting worst experience. You must be qualify for world top awards in worst services providers. I have logged a complain yesterday as internet was once again completely down. I have been told that an engineer will be assigned in next 4 hours. I am waiting for 30+ hours. When i called customer care now they informed that complain has been closed as issue was resolved. How the hell you validated that issue has been resolved? I have posted this in your forum however i will continue to post here as well till the time you provide a permanent resolution. Was this information helpful? | |
