I've been getting constant slow speed for the past 8-9 days, I've raised several complaints yet no action was taken to resolve the problem.
Date when the Incident Started: 15/01/2021.
The Speed I get is between 0.21 Megabit/Second to 21.05 Megabit/Second.
My ISP Plan is of 60 Megabit/Second & I didn't even get close to 50Megabit/Second in the past week.

I've Sent a Complaint mail 2 days earlier, yet the Issue isn't resolved.
The IVR Calls keeps on going hold by saying "Waiting for Customer Representative as they're busy attending other customers", and after 6Mins. the call Auto Drops.
IF this sort of customercare experience a customer gets then there is no use of having any after sales support for the customers. Its better to just leave the customer hanging in the midst of their issue caused due to the negligence of your representatives & on-site technical support team.
