I have been repeatedly sending emails to Tikona team but they are not addressing my queries and sending very basic replies to my emails which are irrelevant. I was Tikona customer from last 4 year but last month without discussing with me they have changed my plan to prepaid. After the plan change i have faced lot of technical issues and not got adequate internet speed as per the plan. Since, i was no getting proper support from them i have decided to delay the payment till the time technical issues are not resolved due to this reason they have put Rs 107 late payment charges.
I am jsut asking for Rs 500 waiver from Tikona and apology for changing my plan without discussing with me. I have all the recording. Need your help to resolve this issue
