[Resolved] Tikona — termination of services | |||
I have been writing multiple mails to tikona customer service to stop my services but my request was never processed and the services are auto renewed. I have multiple sent from my registered email id along with screenshot but still i’m getting auto responses that this is not my registered id. I have not used the services but still the customer care is harassing me to pay the bill services which are not used. Was this information helpful? | |||
