Tikona — Termination Penalty Charges | |||
Respected Sir \ Madam, I had requested for disconnection of Tikona service in Jun 2019 to customer care. Instead of disconnection my service was remain active and now they are forcing me to pay termination charges due to non return of device. I was lived on the same address for another year after disconnection of service. No one has came to collector called for device connection. I feel i am not the defaulter here. Tikona team has not complete their work on time. Now i am getting call and notice to pay the termination charges and threating me for court case.
