[Resolved] Tikona — threat calls from advocate regarding bill payment | |||
This was very disheartening and dis-respecting hence i am noting it down here. I was currently a tikona broadband user but have stopped using the internet services 3 months ago. Due to covid-19 crisis we had to leave our respective places with all the digital services shut down. My tikona broadband plan was a prepaid unlimited plan and therefore without payment, no services were provided or entertained. But still since 3 months i have been getting bills regarding due payment of whatsoever money which have been progressively increasing with time. I will attach the screenshots below. Then so called advocate named ankita sharma ([protected]) has been calling me and threatening me to cease my pan card and voter id card with compensation of 75000inr to tikona digital networks if i fail to pay this bill. This is an act of humiliation to mint money out of people. The latest bill i got from tikona was that my internet service has been terminated and i have to pay some amount to reactivate it. Since, i am not in station right now hence, i don't plan on restarting the services again. I will attach this picture as well. Also, for a prepaid services i don't think we have to pay due amounts. Tikona, stop with these fraudulent activities. Your customers aren't fools. This way you are just losing reputation in market. Take this as a warning, if i get a call next time then i won't hesitate filing an fir against your company. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||
