Tikona — Threatening with calls and emails | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, I took prepaid connection of Tikona in 2019 and they failed to provide good service and even after relocation they failed to reallocate account to another place and accepted the same over calls and they says you will not recieve any calls but they still calls and threatens in calls and now they send notice emails. 1. I took a prepaid connection how they will continue and bill after completion of period. 2. I disconnected before the next cycle due to less bandwidth 3. They fail to reallocate. 4. They accepted they fault and apologized in the call but still they continue calling to pay the remaining bill. If I explain again and again they keep calling me and sending the emails. 5.
