I have purchased tikona bb on 23 jul 17, 10 mbps plan, but its not giving speed more than 1 mbps. I had complained about on 24 jul 17 and 04 aug 17 but still my problem unsolved, already 1 month passed. Its totally my money and time loss, please provide my refund with interest my original payment mode.
