[Resolved]  Tikona — tikona broadband disconnection delay

Hi,

My customer id is [protected], i have raised request 1-[protected] to disconnect/cease my connection on oct 18th 2017. I have got an email from tikona saying my billing has been stopped from oct 25th 2017. I have requested full and final status on my account and refund on the bill i have paid in advance. I am not getting any response on my registered email

Post termination the devices will be recovered from your premises and Full & Final Settlement mail will be sent to you on your registered email id.

Hi,

As per TRAI guidelines, Disconnection request should complete within 7 days from the request date. why it is still inprogress, its been almost a month now.

Please send me email, as what Tikona Device is installed at my Premises. I need Mac and model details.
I was using my own device.

I am not going to call on customer care number as it says keep on waiting, i waited for 10 mins without any answers from Tikona representative. Please send me all communication via my registers email.

Hi,

CPEs are still not collected from my Premises, you had 7 days ( from 18th oct) to complete all disconnection activities.
I need a reason why the CPEs are not yet collected, It is my rented premises and lease is getting extended due to delay from Tikona. I am going to file a case in consumer court and claim for 1 month rent which extend due to Tikona is not following SLAs.
