[Resolved] Tikona — tikona broadband disconnection delay | |||
Hi, My customer id is [protected], i have raised request 1-[protected] to disconnect/cease my connection on oct 18th 2017. I have got an email from tikona saying my billing has been stopped from oct 25th 2017. I have requested full and final status on my account and refund on the bill i have paid in advance.
