[Resolved]  Tikona — tikona call center and recovery agent threatening me

I received a call from tikona legal department today and he said he is a lawyer and would like to help me out by providing free advise. He asked me to to clear the bills of 2250/- now or i will have to come to the court and will have to pay 22000/-, he also tried to put some pressure, like i shall have to face lots of issues if i don't pay. I would like to put my points before everyone which i have already explained to tikona customer care executives several times.

Please note the action and steps starting from the beginning:

1. I requested for tikona connection
2. Tikona technical team came, installed device and internet started, i started using this and used to pay the bills monthly
3.in october 2016, i shifted to new place, requested to shift my connection as well, tikona confirmed they don’t hv service there, i paid all due amount and asked them to terminate my connection and take out your device, they said they are not terminating the connection instead disabling the connection so i won’t be changed anymore and next time whenever i come back to this place, i can re-start this connection. I admitted this.
4.in july 2017, i came back to this place, requested tikona to resume my connection
5. Tikona technical team came, we noticed that the previous device is not available and got to know it has been already taken away by tikona team few months ago. However tikona team assured me that they will install a new device but the technical team told me that the connectivity is very bad at my location so i won’t get good internet speed and they refused to install the device and suggested me to go for other subscribers.
6. Then after tikona customer care called me 4-5 times in next few days to know the connection status and i explained all the situation why connection could not be installed. I explained this thing to at least 7-8 cc executives and told all of them that i don't require tikona connection and i have already taken airtel broadband.
7. After few days i received messages, email and calls that something around 700-800 rs. Is due on me against last month bill.
8. I called customer care and explained them all things again that i don’t hv connection here, no device but it seems in tikona system they hv resumed my billing so requested them to kindly sort it out asap. I received almost 4-5 calls everyday and every time i explained all of them same thing and requested them to close this issue asap as i am not liable to pay any amount.
9. Gradually i felt that they are not listening anything and just asking money, i told them to send any executive and i will explain him in person but no one came. Finally as i cannot spend 1 hr everyday in explaining the same thing to entire tikona cc executive so started avoiding there calls because they were giving me mental tension.
10. Now kindly let me know is this the service tikona provides and what is the resolution now?
