[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona connection disconnected one year back and informed various times. But tikona asking for payment now. | |
Hi, I disconnected my Tikona broadband connection one year back on Nov'2020, as i shifted my house from bangalore. I properly informed to tikona by call and by e-mail also. (I am attaching the email proof and payment details here. ) Tikona person also confirmed that closing connection mail got on 27 nov 2020. But Tikona didnt able to close the connection. Now after one year Tikona (they r saying its from lawyer) calling and asking for the payment of 3284 Rs amount is pending and need to pay immediately else civil case will registered in delhi court and i have to come there to settle the matter. I repeatedly told that, I informed properly to tikona by mail, call and close the connection. But they are not listening and asking to pay. which is heavy for me. After one year its very hard to remember and face such situation and collect all proofs. But i found and attaching closing mail proof and payment details. Technically Tikona has to close the issue after informing and should not ask such heavy amount. My Tikona ID is [protected] Kindly help to solve the issue.
