[Resolved]  Tikona — tikona disconnection request

I have discontinued tikona service in feb 2017. I e-mail to discontinue my services for my home internet connection.

As this is the account created by the tikona sales person and cheated me the email used under this account is not mine. I have sent several complaint to disconnect this account, i am not using this account since feb -2017.

Previously i have 4 mbps plan, but the sales person called me and ask to update the plan to 10 mbps so i say yes to him, when he come to my home for the setup, he update me about we need to disconnect the previous account and create a new account without any installation charge but he collect 2013/- amount for two month bill, after a month tikona generate a bill for 700/- when i called to service center they update me 1000/- deducted as installation charge.

Till today they are harassing me and sending bills the service i do not use.

I send many e-mails to notify them also called many times on their tall free number.[protected]. Each time the person who talked with me took my request but they took no action.
