I do not if there is anything much left to explain. There was a bill of sum 1100 generated inspite of the connection being suspended for months. I had called and sent e-mail to tikona support multiple times to have the bill rectified but as always the pathetic support barely understand your concern and put their usage logic. Though, you charge in advance but the services are the worst in country. Now, i have been receiving fraudulent calls by you "tees hazari court team". I have already shared details with them from last six months but still there is no update. You suspended the connection on your own without even resolving the tickets created and informing me. Stop this mental harassment and improve your connection and customer services.
