[Resolved] Tikona — tikona internet provider (very worst network) | |
Hello This is manjunath k and my User id:[protected]. I am facing the connectivity issue from last month due to which i am not able to use the internet fully. Even after the repeated complaints tikona people has failed to resolve the issue. I have paid 850 for the full month but still i am not able to use the internet 15th of every month is my bill generation i have paid money for last month that is july 15 to august 15. I have not used the internet for last one month i have wasted my money they are not ready to remove the connection and also not ready to the pay the refund money they are saying to pay the money again. Really worst services . so many people are facing the issue with this network.so i request to remove the licence of providing internet . The people working in the customer care are really uneducated people they do not understand the concern of the customer. so i request you to provide the suitable solution for my concern. Even after complaining and calling regularly from last one month taken is not able to resolve the issue.
