Hi, My prepaid plan in Bangalore was ended in Jun’21, From Jul’21 onwards I stopped using connection due to connectivity issue in my area (frequent disconnection – logged so many complaints in Tikona App) however I have received Rs. 1349.92/- which I am not liable to pay the reason is not at all used the connection. Now received call from legal/lawyer stating you have to pay. Instead of mental torture of these people I have cleared the balance amount Rs. 1349.92/-. And received message stating that your connection is active. Request to pls disconnect my connection with immediate effect and I am not liable to pay any further amount in the future as I have cleared everything. Completely cheating the customer and not responding to email query!!! My customer ID: [protected] Act immediately and disconnect my connection ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |
