Dear We are complaining from last 2 weeks but still tikona not bothering to send technical person for disconnect their broadband service. Everytime we are seeing same message that complain is in process and once resolved you will update us.
But want to know when will resolved & how many days tikona need to solve one simple issue of just send technical person to disconnect nothing else.
Account is clear no balance still tikona need time
Really surprising.
And please dont call again and again for asking same thing to continue we dont want even free please dont call
