[Resolved] Tikona — Tikona regarding bill payments - bill payment of late payment charges. | |||||
I requested the Tikona team to close my connection on first week of my last month of connection. But the connection got closed after 10 days of the next cycle start date. I fulling paid the bill for my last cycle bill. Tikona is forcing me to pay the bill for those 10 days o[censored]sage. It was tikona teams fault to not have closed the connection. now they have added late payment fee along with the 10 day fee and threatening me to pay full amount. I did my duty to inform them prior to close the connection. it was there fault to not have disconnected my connection. Was this information helpful? | |||||
