[Resolved] Tikona — tikona speed and connectivity issue | |||||
At the time of installation the speed that they show will show perfectly high speed and when you actually start using it you will realise that the you don’t even get any nearby speed. And then ofcourse there is regular disconnections almost every week the connection will go for a toss. Customer service is pathetic, you have to hold the line for hours to get to the agent and then all they say is pl logout and login! I am fed up of their services. I guess hathway although they charge more but atleast service wise tthey are better. Was this information helpful? | |||||
