Tikona — Tikona - Threats to pay unnecessary bills and unnecessary Legal notices. | |
I had tikona connection just for 2 months, and thereafter due to Covid-19 lockdown I moved to hometown. I didnt even use after that, but I paid 3 months bill up-front. I was having my own Router. I communicated over email lot many times, why should i pay for the month for which I have not used your service. Later on I got call from Lawyer (Delhi) from tikona forcing me to pay extra bill. Just because they put it in auto-renewal. I explained everything to this Lawyer, he didn't agree finally forced me to pay that extra bill. I paid that extra amount also. It's been almost one and half year, I don't even use their service. I have settled the dues. Also had written communication over email many times for disconnecting the service. I have confirmation mail from Tikona about the service disconnection. But still, today also I get unnecessary emails, SMS and calls from Tikona to pay extra bill. What is this due amount for? Literally I am getting mentally harassed. I finally told the Tikona representative caller, first check your emails, before calling the customer to pay extra bill. It's been 1.5 year, why are you harassing over email, SMS and phone calls. Please help with this. I am heavily frustrated. Was this information helpful? | |
