[Resolved] Tikona — to disconnect the net and getting harassing call | |||
I took tikiona connection before 7 months i paid 3 months advance for it. After they installed my net start burfing burfring so much so i can't use it at all then i keep complaining about it to tikiona but of no use. After 3 months got over tikiona company start calling for another payment in advance i told them in clear way plz disconnect the net i don't want to use all my money is waste bcz ur net is so poor but they did not did it. I did not use their net at all. The company lawyer start calling me and from different no and start harassing me and absusing me on call and threatening me. To pay the bill amount 1300 sometime saying 1400 sometime 1100 each time a call come from different no and it is mentally harassing so much i try sending email to them many times but it is not going their customer care no is not working. They want a person to pay for something it is not used at all. They are harassing so much lawyers are calling for delhi and have very pathetic lauguage Was this information helpful? | |||
