[Resolved] Tikona — unable to provide internet service in pune and not giving refund from 2 month | |||
This is regarding the poor service, lack of expertise, roaming and hiding around the flag of company policies of tikona. I parag shinde requested for an internet connection from tikona on 3 july 2019. They said you need to to transfer payment first to get the connection done. I transferred full amount via net banking to tikona. I took one day leave from my office the very next day to get the connection done. But the team who were responsible for the connection didn't came at my place. It took 3 days for them to come to my place and thereby resulting in 3 more leaves from my office. After the try they were unable to setup internet connection at my place. I requested for removing my account and refund after one week. The guy at the customer care took the closing request and promised for a refund in 45 days. I called after 45 days and then they are saying that no closing request has been raised from their end. And now they have raised another request and now saying that it will take another 25 days for refund and that too via cheque. My question is if you guys took money on urgent basis to setup a connection through online payment. After failing to setup a connection why can't you transfer the money back on urgent basis since you have failed and that too via cheque. This is a clear case of cheat and i request the commission to look after our request against tikona. Was this information helpful? | |||
