[Resolved] Tikona — unethical behaviour and payment done even though connection is not available | |||
Hi, Please trace my calls as i strongly said that to disconnect the network. After that i did not makee a call to tikona to resume the connection. But they generated the bill of rs.2312 and threatened me to pay the amount in just 30 minutes. If not this happened in 3o mins, my cibil score would get affected. I trusted tikona but they totally disappointed me. Even i addressed the issue through email to tikona but they did not respond. My one one question how you can ask the customer to pay the amount while connection is not active. I need answer for this else i will move this matter into court. Was this information helpful? | |||
