TIKONA IS TO SOMEHOW INSTAL A SYSTEM, IF IT WORKS O.K, IF IT DOES NOT WORK ALSO THERE IS NO PROBLEM FOR THEM, THEYWILL FORCE THE CLIENT TO PAY FOR THE THEIR DEFUNCT SYSTEM.
THEIR IS NO CUSTOMER CARE, WHICH IS REPLCED BY IRV[protected], WITH ONLY ONE OR TWO OPTIONS.
TIKONA DOES NOT HAVE COMPETENT PERSONS TO SERVE TEIR CLIENTS. UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES
TIKONA SHALL BE ASKED TO WINDYUP THEIR BUSINESS.

Please go through my compaints.
1. our personnel has shown very poor workmansjip during installation of your system, damaging thr net provided om the windows for protection against ingress of mosquotoes. More over cble as been brought inside room through sliding rails of he window panel making closure o d window impossible,
This is causing serous medical issues
in spite of my repeated reminders, till today no action has been taken at your end to attend to this issue and
resolve the same.
2. you have not responded our queries or request since end of January .2017.
Now that we raised complaint, you are replying now. We are afraid had we not raised complaint we would never got reply from your end.
3. After checking we find that your system often goes out order, so we are not using your system.
4. Even though there is no record available at your end regarding usage by our end, you are claiming payment for serves provided during that period your system was defunct.
The above indicates that unethical business practices are adopted by your organisation.
So remove your system and dis-continue your services with immediate effect.. .

When told them we are not using
tikona broadband services, then why we have to pay this bill.
and how this bill has jumped from 407 to 1200, after 15th March 2017,
and told them to remove their system immediately,
They talk to their supervisor and told me that they will take back their system provided we pay them rs, 500/-
I told them I will not pay them any amount, as I have not used their system and their system is defunct since installation of the system and we do not want to use their system because of bad installation of their system causing ingress of mosquitoes inside our bed room posing critical medical issues.
They told me that without getting payment od 500.-,
Finally I gave them Rs. 500 to get rid of their of harassment of
tikona,
they gave me receipt of the same indicating final, photo of the same s attached herewith,

TIKONA, INFOMING THAT I HAVE MDEINLINE PAYMENT OF RS. 500/-.,
HER WAS A PHONE CALL FROM
TIKONA INFORMING THAT WWHTHER I AM U=INTERESTED FOR UPGRRATION OF SYSTEM,
I HAVE INFORMED HER THAT THE
TIKONA BRODBAND SYSTEN IS ALREADY REMOVED FROM MY HOUSE.
AAND THERE IS NO QUESTION O[censored]PGRADATION OF THE SYSTEM,
THE BILL FOR MEDICAL EXPENSES INCURRED DUE TOMEDICAL ISSUE RELATING INSTALATION OF THEIR BRODBAND SYSTEM WILL BE FURNISHED AFTER COMPLETION OF TREATENT.

TIKONA THAT BECAUSE OF THE MEDICAL ISSUES WITH THE BAD AND UNPROFESSIONAL ISNTALLATION OF THEIR SYTEM, MY SOSN HAS INFECTED WITH SKIN INFECTION FOR TREATMENT FOR WHICH WE HAD TO VISIT VELLORE FOR TREATMENT.
FOR WHICH WE HAD SPENT SO FAR SPENT RS. 2000/- FOR MEDICIN BESIDES TO AND FRO CHARGES FOR VISTIGN VELLORE.
THE ACTUAL EXPENDITURE MAY INNCREASE TILL MY SON IS CURED OF SKIN DISEASE.
IF
TIKONA IS PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION THEN IT IS EXPECTED THAT THEY REALISE THE MISTAES THEY HAVE COMMITTED FOR AGRESSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL INSALLTION OF HTEIR SYTEM, AND THEY SHALL SOTP THEIR TACKTICS FOR HARASSMENT OF INNOCENT PEOPLE BY SENDING FALLS SMS, AND FORCE FULL INSTALLATION OF THEIR SYSTEM AS SOURCE OF EXTRCTION OF MONEY FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE.THEIR SYSTEM
IN MY CASE, THEY HAD INSTALLED THEIR SYSTEM WITHOUT M PERMISSION. IN MY PROFILE, MY MIDDLE AMD LAST NAME IS WRPMG, EVEN MY RMAIL ID ALSO WERE WRONG.
SO FAR, THEY HAVE CLLECTED FROM ME RS.1100 FOR THEIR DEFANCT SYSTEM.

It is therefore requested that
Tikona shall respond to the complaints referred above, immediately.
Delay in resolving this long issue and settling of the financial matters shall be fully attributed to Tokona, .

TIKONA REGARDING THE COMPALINT.
While we have to check the same. you accept the fact that the system you installed was in defunct condition since 27th jan 2017.
At the same time you have given SMS for payment of over due payment of Rs. 471.77, otherwise you may not be provide uninterrupted service. Please clarify whether you expect that we have to pay for your defunct system.
.In this regard I would like to inform you that we don't want to continue with your services because of lack of services and medical issues related to bad installation of your system by your personnel..
we are therefore request you once again to remove your installation immediately.
