[Resolved] Tikona — unused bill payments | |||
With lot of hopes in services i had taken the wifi connection from tikona and paid my 3 months bill in advance and later cos of the poor network quality i disconnected the service in between by calling their customer care no. They informed it es under process and no reply back. There is continuous call and threatens about to pay the bills of internet unused and filing a case against us in the nearby court or station. And they are still sending me bills and calls using absurd languages. Please look into this case. Was this information helpful? | |||
