Hi, this is my account details [protected]. I have purchase tikona service on 08. July 2017, but till date not able to gate proper speed. Each & every time when i called every person told that please allow me last chance i am totally frustrated with this kind of services. I already sent 3 email to appellate team but till the date no on response on email. Hi my Tikona usr id is [protected] (contact no [protected]) most of the time there is no network i have tried to contact customer care forwarded the email but still no resolution non of them are ready to take the call hopeless service I have ever received. I have tried contacting to the person who has install the connection but no resolution not ready to answer the call, Pl return the balance amt of mine and take away your hopeless connection. If you people cannot provide service please close the Tikona
