Timbl broadband connection was not able to provide me with service and they discontinued their services in my area. I asked them to payback my security deposit of rupees 1500. But they said it will take 15 days for the same. When i called them after 15 days, they asked me to wait more 7 days. I again called them after 7 days and they repeat the same that please wait 7 more days. Now i am very fed up with calling to timbl and getting same answer. Now they can't update me why my refund hasn't been done or even give me a reason for the same. No body is calling me back from their side. They are very irresponsible and liars. My complaint number is c043. And my security deposit due is rs 1500 inr. My timbl user id is 2013066. Was this information helpful? |
