I have applied for a broadband connection from timbl. The guy came from timbl and did all the paperwork. I paid full amount in front and i have been told that the installation will be done by 15th dec. They havnt done the installtion till 16 and their representative even swithed off the phone. After that my installation got cancelled and they told me that i will get the refund by 19th dec. I have tried many time to get the refund but each time they told me that the team will contact me.
