In the month on may 2019, i called to disconnect my connection and i chase up regularly and someone cam in july to collect router from me. I was promised when i called and updated my bank details that within 24 hours i will get my refund but nothing happened. I called on 3 aug and agent over the phone told me that don't have any bank details and ask to send an email., i sent that also nothing happen and i am still waiting for my refund. My id is 2009743.
