I bought a 50 mbps plan on 12 may 2020 and they installed the router after 15 days on 27 may and my connection is not working since 29 may and its been more than 5-6 days my problem is not resolved every time we call their customer representatives say they are working and your problem will resolve today even they close their complaints ticket with out doing any work 3 tickets has been already generated by me... So disappointed by their service i even paid for 6 months now they dont even want to refund if i cancel my subscription... I’m stuck with timbl who knows how many time i have to file complaints regarding this single topic...
