Times City Ride — Fraud booking of holiday packages — times city ride

I have also received exactly similar call from times city ride from numbers: +91-[protected], +91-[protected]. TO the point same wording to me on call. I have also booked a National package worth Rs 5999. I opted for Samsung 32 inch LED. They told me that your gift has been dispatched on next day and today I received just a form with printout on white paper having my invoice number. I have also tried to send email for refund but received failure message that email id [protected]@timescityride.com is not found.

Lets make a group to discuss what we can do.

First of all please call your bank or credit card where you have done the payment to unauthorise this payment and request for reversal, they will not do it and ask you to contact the merchant but ask them to at least register a complaint so that this payment gate way will be blocked.

I have also received call from [protected] giving me same offer but on the behalf of times city travel not from times city ride. On checking on internet I got surprised to know that timescityride, timescitytravel, timescityway, timescityholiday, timescitytour etc. are same having same head office and branch office address. This is completely fraud as there are no details of the other packages on the site other than the package offered you and also don't have any reviews in other packages.
When you search in Google there is no result that clearly shows it's completely fraud. But there should be some platform where we can raise our voice against these frauds. I want to launch a complaint against these but don't know where????

Let's form a group first on WhatsApp.. my number is [protected].. there are various ways to tackle this fraud.. we can also include if on any other complaint forums have similar cars.

There is another good information from Dheeraj Dhaka, that Times City Ride, Times City Travel, Times City Way also have same office addresses. When I tried these URLs, all urls get me to the same page.

So they are using multiple names: Times City Ride, Times City Travel, Times City Way and many more which we are not aware of.

I booked one order for holiday packages and I have received a mail,

they Have also give 1 indian post consignment no: i am tracking that was delivered in gurgaon, but who pick that item no idea, i know that consignment number
