My screen got broke on 4th sept 2017, i registered for a claim with them. As they were asking to ship the phone and it was taking time around 10 days. I have asked for alternate method of claim process.
They confirmed on 11th sept 2017 that i can go for repair by my self and they will claim amount will be refunded in 60-90 working day. I have gone for repair and submit the bills to them.
Now i am not getting any response from them even after multiple phone calls and emails. Please help me to get the settlement amount of my claim.
