Times Global Insurance — Got only 85% of replacement amount for iphone 6s 64gb

Dear sir, I am from Coimbatore and brought a iPhone 6 Plus 64GB around 4 month earlier, soon after its purchase I did online insurance of my iPhone from Times Global Insurance (One of my friend suggested me this company).
Just after 15 days of insurance, my iPhone slipped from my hand and damaged.As directed by Times global Insurance claim team, I got the quotation from apple center of Rs. 27, 904 /-(Estimate amount for Replacement).
But I got only Rs.23800/- . When I did insurance I paid full 3720/- as the premium amount and in claim I Got 85% only.
Please help me to recover the remaining amount..

How is it possible you just got 27904/- as quote

I'm sure the price of the phone is more than 60K and 80% will come upto 45000/-

Please clarify what had happen to your phone and complete details so that I get a clarity and if possible please provide a contact as I want to buy an insurance.
