Times Of India — Annual subscription to TOI newspaper

I handed over a cheque for Rs. 993 to a Toi representative around the 20th November 2016 for my subscription starting from February 2017. The coupons i received in January were 11 in number and for Nav Bharat times. I spoke to Rajesh Rathee who promised to send the valid coupons (he collected the wrong coupons from my house) on the confirmation that the correct coupons will be delivered. This happened a month ago and dine i have not heard from him. Then i spoke tohis senior Mr Chander Mohan chibber who promised to look into the matter andl revert. I am still waiting for a response from him. Do you think that this matter can be resolved? How soon? Maybe before this year ends?
