Dear Sir/Ms There is no response from Times of India. Very poor customer service. The company should be penalised by the govt for such shoddy service. They should not be allowed subscription scheme where they take advance money with assured supply of Newspaper. The Govt of India, The Press Bureau and information and broadcasting ministry should take note of the matter.This type of looting should not be allowed.
