Times Of India — Coupon not received yet | |||
I had applied for Times Of India newspaper subscription wide Reference number [protected] in the month of January 2017. Since then two months have passed away, But I have not received my Subscription Coupons yet. Please take necessary action to resolve my grievance. In the meantime, I tried to contact your customer care telephone numbers, but they are useless for customers. Was this information helpful? | |||

I totally agree with Pawan kumar. I have also paid newspapers subscription no [protected] in Feb 17 and have not received the coupons till 23 Mar 17. There is no response from helpline numbers and even from CRM.[protected]@timesgroup.com. I have rang up TOPAY helpline 10 times and have sent 05 mails. VK narang
