Times Of India — deducted money but didn't get my uc for 3 times

I tried to buy uc for three times but my money was deducted but the uc wasnt purchased for three times. At last server timeout pop out and got nothing. Really poor service. Refund it as soon as possible. My money deducted for three times and when will i get my refund??? Really poor service for their customer. I am too much disappointed by it. I want my refund as soon as possible
