Times Of India — improper and irregular delivery of news paper

I am chandrabhan dhonde residing qtr no 407 sector c in chandimandir cantonment and subscribed for toi for one year in march 2019, up to october 2019 it was good but from november 2019 there is no proper and regular delivery by distributer, only 10-15 copies of news paper received, behaviour of supplier is also not good. He always says that refund your money from toi office i am unable to deliver paper due non availability of boy. It very bad for reputation of number one news paper. Due to this type of people. Take early action or
Please refund my money from november 2019 to feb 2020, if not possible proper delivery
