[Resolved]  Times Of India — Misconducted and Amount not refunded since 07th March 2022

Dear Team,

I opted Subscription Amount Rs. 1638 for Order No #TS0076240 placed on 04 March 2022 for Times Of India + Nav Bharat News Paper and got confirmation to be start from seventh march. They could not stared even after 4 days. And I request to stop subscription and refund paid amount as per appended mails. I have connected numbers of times, however neither they responded over mail nor Customer care. As per last conversation they not only bluntly denied to refund amount but also stop paper. Even though I requested on both either is Mail or Care.

I have very disappointed of TOI care, Mail respond and their Sonipat manager. They have very rude conversation and not bother to respond even.

Request you Kindly refund my amount on priority basis.

How this is marked as resolved. TOI is doing nothing and they are involved with vendors. If they don't amend their ways on time the day is not far when the traditional newspaper copy will be vanished. Most the users who have subscribed have the same feeling yet TOI is doing nothing
