[Resolved]  Times Of India — monthly subscription charges by vendor prasad newspaper agency, hadapsar, pune

Address:FLAT NO F/3,TUCKER VIHAR HOUSING SOCIETY,GONDHALE NAGAR,HADAPSAR, Pune, Maharashtra, 411028

It is intimated that newspaper vendor prasad newspaper agency, hadapsar, pune-411028 has been charging rs 150 instead of rs 142 and has been informing us that the extra amount is service charges.
To the best of my knowledge, service charges are not applicable for home delivery of newspapers.
Please confirm if service charges for delivery are applicable for any home delivery as the venor is insisting on the same.
