Times Of India — my subscription no [protected], not receiving news papers for last 30 days

I randhir prabhakar, had called to you customer care and logged a complaint 1635818 on 26th sept about not receiving news paper for last 30 days but no action has been taken on this. My subscription is valid up to feb 2019.

Have called twice to your custome care but so far haven't recd any concrete answer.
Could you look into and revert with solutions.
