Times Of India — news paper not delivered & coupons not received after paying cheque of rs 895

Hi,
As I have paid checque of Rs.895 to TOI vender in April-18 and as per him News paper & Coupans will be delivered for next 15 months .
But after several reminders & calls still I have not received either News paper nor any coupan .
Please look into and do the needful .
