Times Of India — non receipt | |||
It is utterly disgustful to experience non receipt of times of india newspaper for the last 15odd days. I have sent 38 mails regarding g change of address and called up customer care 50times. On 14th may 2019 i recd a mail stating that the newspaper will be delivered from. 16/05/19. But i am yet to receive the same. The staff at toi are required to expedite the matter. When I subscribed to time of India news paper scheme, they said I will get a clock when I reach 6 months of subscription and after that I will get a dinner set when I reach 1 year of subscription. But I didn't get any of this items. What should I do?
