I had done renewal of TOI subscription for 2 years wherein I was assured a gift of double bed sheet with pillows worth approx amount of Rs 2700/-

Inspite of repeated phone calls and emails and Twitter msg there has been no solution in sight except false and Fraudulent Assurances from your customer care executive.
