We are really shame on your service provider. We have paid yearly basis service but more than 3 months we are not received paper..
After so many follow up we received paper again last 25 days we are not received paper.
We felt wrongly selected the advance payment options.

Need immediate call back from senior manager/customer complaint team

Or refund our money

I subscribed for two years plan. The field persons of your team
came to collect the cheque of Rs. 1393 and Rs. 6 cash in May 2018 and gave the gift.

The cheque has been cleared on 25 July 2018. The coupons has not been received, until then I can not ask my vendor to give newspaper.

Dear concern, I am living in unnao district headquarter (area is within 3 KM radius in unnao city PIN 209801) in UP . Hear hokers are charing 6 Rs Monday to Friday & Saturday sunday 7 rs for news paper .
So daily they are charging extra 2 rs .
Pls look into & take necessary action.
