Times Of India — not get single copy of newspaper till date no response when I call

I mail for change of address they said for my residential area no service. So i mail my office address its located at redhills. There also the newspaper copy not come till date. No need to send anywhere please refund money. I have given cheque on 14 december 2018. Our residence at vaniyachatiram no one said here no service for newspaper times of india
